Due to the nature of our products we do not offer returns or exchanges.

If you receive your order and it is damaged please reach out to us immediately via our "Contact Us" button or email us at Sweetjean2025@gmail.com with photo proof of damages so we can send you a replacement or a store credit that will be valid for 30 days. Refunds or replacements will be issued on a case by case basis. We are NOT responsible for stolen items and/or not received and/or items marked as "Delivered" by the carrier.

This service is provided by Sweet Jean Boutique and does not use any third party companies to ensure the best and most convenient resolutions for you.

If you are needing to file a claim on a missing or damaged order please email us within 48 hours of delivery at Sweetjean2025@gmail.com

If your package is damaged please send photos to the above email. 

*Packages marked as DELIVERED via the shipping service (USPS or UPS) will need to go directly through them.

Sweet Jean Boutique is not responsible for stolen packages.

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately via email if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
